A chapter in New Research Trends in Transport Sustainability and Innovation, 2018, pp 135-148 from Springer

Abstract: Abstract The aim of the article is to present a concept for the methodology for the research of social professional behaviour, with particular reference to the labour market of drivers in road transport. The deconstruction method was used as a research method. As a result of the adaptation of reasoned action models (I. Ajzen and M. Fishbein) and planned behaviour (I. Ajzen), using the theory of systems and regulatory theory, the article presents principles of regulation of professional behaviour.
