Abstract: Abstract In an era of rapid technical advancement and increased economic instability, organisations are under significant pressure to adjust their operations to meet the requirements of Industry 4.0. The present study is among the first to empirically examine how talent management (TM) practices jointly affect digital transformation (DT), Quality 4.0 (Q4.0), and organisational sustainability (economic, social, environmental) within a unified framework. Utilising survey data from 412 managers and executives in various Greek organisations, structural equation modelling (SEM) was employed to evaluate the links between TM and these significant outcomes. The results indicate that robust TM practices substantially support DT initiatives, facilitate the integration of advanced quality management frameworks, and improve organisational sustainable performance in the economic, environmental, and social domains. By integrating technological advancement with human potential, TM becomes a crucial source of competitive advantage in dynamic corporate situations. This study provides new empirical evidence for the relationships of TM, Industry 4.0, and sustainability, delivering both theoretical enhancement and practical recommendations for organisations aiming to connect human capital strategies with technological and social requirements.
