The data is quantitative, and the study is cross-sectional in time. DNAP and TOPSIS techniques were used for data analysis in this research. The results show the essential role of the contractor's financial problems in the occurrence of changes and the high impact of flexible workflow strategy in the effective implementation of change management in the construction projects. Therefore, it is recommended to the managers of construction projects to increase the adaptability of project processes with changes by using this strategy in their projects and contracts.
