Abstract: Abstract Artificial Intelligence (AI) is transforming human resource management (HRM), particularly during the digital transformation. This paper examines the integration of AI in Human Resource Management with crucial developments and assesses the impact through extensive case studies from international and Polish firms. The study describes the principal advantages of AI, such as increased recruitment efficiency, tailored training, and employee engagement. It is also addressing the limitations of technological adoption and prospective developments. The research employs a case study methodology, analyzing specific applications of AI in human resource management across multiple organizations. Data collecting techniques are based on examining corporate reports regarding the implementation of AI in HRM. Research reveals that incorporating AI in Human Resource Management enhances operational efficiency and employee engagement and promotes sustainable organizational growth by aligning processes with market and technological demands and challenges like integration with existing systems. It is also indicated that companies that integrate artificial intelligence into their processes should consider potential data security and privacy challenges and strive for cooperation and balance between people and technology. This will allow for the use of artificial intelligence in a way that supports businesses and employees.
