Abstract:
Abstract Research and development (R&D) revolutionizes science and technology and strengthens its competitiveness, develops economies, and improves quality of life, thereby contributing to the development and happiness of society around the world. A possible way of doing this is presented and discussed in this paper: improving the efficiency of R&D administration using the innovative strategy of South Korea. The purpose of this research is to establish the innovation strategy for R&D administration efficiency and to establish improvement measures for R&D administration. Through a survey of researchers, the effectiveness of the strategy in enhancing the research results and productivity of researchers was confirmed. It was categorized under R&D personnel, R&D purchases, R&D administration mitigation, and R&D computer items and analyzed using a five-point scale. The surveyed researchers are confident that this study will reduce their research administration burden and thereby improve their research results and productivity.
