Abstract:
Abstract The study aims to find out what travelers’ top concerns and impacts are about service quality and culinary components on the selection of a resort hotel by tourists visiting Vietnam. A total of 151 survey respondents participated in the quantitative analysis, utilizing a 5-point Likert scale, while 20 tourists were involved in the qualitative segment. The amalgamation of quantitative and qualitative analyses within a singular research endeavor is poised to yield significant advancements in the findings. Furthermore, the study's reliability and validity will be augmented and fortified. The data collected will undergo analysis and assessment employing Cronbach's Alpha reliability testing and Multiple Linear Regression techniques within the SPSS version 20.0 software. Findings reveal a significant correlation between service quality and culinary excellence and the decision-making process of tourists when choosing hotel accommodations, offering insights into the requirements of tourists within the tourism and hotel sector in Can Tho, Vietnam. While the added Cultural factor does not show any relationship to the tourists’ decision to choose a hotel to stay. The most recent discoveries from this investigation will enhance theoretical comprehension for subsequent research endeavors and furnish pertinent recommendations for management, thereby supplying vital insights into the demands of both local and international tourists to enhance hotel attraction.
