Abstract: Abstract The digital transformation of an organization involves the adoption and integration of digital technologies in all operational and strategic aspects of the activity. This process involves much more than just implementing digital solutions; it involves a profound change in the way of thinking and approach regarding the business model, a change that affects both the organizational culture and internal processes, the way of interaction with customers, and business partners. The digital transformation of an organization must be an ongoing process, given that digital technologies and the business environment are constantly evolving. Thus, organizations must be flexible enough to adapt to all the changes that occur quickly. This study aimed to identify and develop a set of strategic measures that address the challenges identified in the context of the integration of digital technologies. The analysis and implementation of these measures can contribute to increasing the degree of digitalization of enterprises/organizations, which will generate a series of positive effects both at the organizational level and on the entire economy; the necessary data were obtained following the analysis of studies and publications available in the scientific literature. Also, this study aimed to provide an image of the state of digitalization of enterprises/organizations in Sibiu County, Romania. By analyzing the data obtained following a survey conducted on a sample of 40 enterprises/organizations, the study sought to identify the degree of integration of digital systems within the organizations, as well as the type of digital solutions implemented and used by them.
