Abstract: Abstract Forrester (2007) defined “business technology” (BT) as vital for delivering business results and with two key ideas with regard to the relationships between IT and business:In other words, in addition to having IT as a business opportunity, an opportunity to enhance business, IT can be a business risk as well, as wrong implementation of some IT systems and/or bad solutions in IT management may bring negative financial results for the company as a whole.
