Chapter Chapter 5 in Multichannel Commerce, 2015, pp 105-114 from Springer

Abstract: Abstract The goal of this chapter is to bring the insights gained from the different investigations together and to provide a reflection on the progress made. First, a recapitulation of the previous chapters summarizes the taken steps and the achieved results. Second, a reflection of these results highlights its implications for theory in the light of previous studies. Third, the implications of these findings for business practice are explained and exemplified. The final part of this thesis concludes the work and outlines possible avenues for future research that arise from the findings of this work.
