Abstract:
Abstract In order to gain a comprehensive understanding of the factors which more adequately explain user resistance to the ‘eGK’ technology, further in-depth explanatory data was collected yielding a discrete set of antecedents. The following section describes the collection and analysis of such qualitative data.
