Abstract:
Abstract Before this thesis goes on to explain the concrete hypotheses derived from the qualitative data and the relevant literature as discussed above, the following section briefly describes the methodology of Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). SEM was already used to analyze the data in the Pilot Study of Phase I. It is furthermore used to draw up the path model derived from the findings of the qualitative data analyzed in Phase II, which is subsequently tested with the large quantitative data set in Phase III of this research. In particular, the section below discusses the choice of the methodology employed and the measurement mode in the form of reflective as opposed to formative constructs. The choice of model is accounted for in detail before this thesis proceeds to explain the actual data collection procedure and measurements of the quantitative model from Sect. 6.2 onwards.
