Chapter Chapter 7 in Enterprise Software Sourcing Performance, 2016, pp 137-171 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract Following an individual discussion of the empirical profiles, this chapter offers an aggregated analysis of findings. The goal of this cross-case synthesis is to explore, validate, and test associations among concepts (Yin 2009). As a result of the aggregated analysis, the initial research model is refined and extended. In particular, the role of software sourcing modes in software alignment and their impact on performance outcomes are derived.
