Chapter 10 in Process Management, 2014, pp 131-142 from Springer

Abstract: Abstract The second phase of TAD methodology deals with developing a process model for each of the business processes listed in the Process Table created in the previous phase. For this purpose, a special modeling technique, unique to the TAD methodology, is used. The main characteristics of this modeling technique are that it is more precise, strict, and less flexible in defining the flow of the activities of the process compared to other techniques. This fact in our opinion is very important in discovering and transferring the reality of the business process into a process model that truly represents it.
