Chapter Chapter 4 in Integration of Project, Infrastructure, and Enterprise Risk Management, 2025, pp 35-47 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract The chapter provides guidance on how to develop and implement integrated multi-domain analysis models and Monte Carlo sampling processes leading to the calculation of aggregate risks; how to treat the question of modeling and simulation of risks emanating from cyberattacks; how to calculate risk undesirability scores leading to the determination of risk posture; how to display the results in a management-friendly format based on the use of spider charts; and how to deduce risk drivers and identify control and mitigation options.
