Chapter Chapter 7 in Wicked Problems – Social Messes, 2011, pp 61-68 from Springer

Abstract: Abstract The morphological modelling of wicked problems is best carried out in facilitated workshops with subject specialists cum stakeholders. This calls for qualified knowledge and skills both in morphological methods and in small-group facilitation. This chapter presents the issues involved in facilitating GMA workshops, and provides some general guidelines for preparing workshop, for selecting workshop participants and communicating workshop ground rules.
