Abstract: Abstract Drying time (and energy use) of green industrial ceramics is the main production bottleneck and affects productivity, capacity and environmental pollution. Microwave-assisted air-drying was successfully developed by a South-Eastern European start-up and reduced drying time of roof tiles dramatically.
