Chapter Chapter 28 in Mastering Technology Transfer: From Invention to Innovation, 2023, pp 259-261 from Springer

Abstract: Abstract The proof of the pudding is in the eating. And the proof of a successful technology transfer process is in the bottom line. Having succeeded in reaching the market and increasing your income to break-even and beyond is music in a technologist’s ears and an entrepreneur’s bank account. Make the most of it as a successful technology will soon be emulated and may even be the object of a siege by rivals. The quicker you strengthen and consolidate your territory the stronger you’ll become to be able to fight off competition.
