Chapter Chapter 29 in Mastering Technology Transfer: From Invention to Innovation, 2023, pp 263-265 from Springer

Abstract: Abstract To remain vibrant and healthy, you need to continuously reinvent and renew your company. The basis of such renewal is to keep your core innovation vibrant and pertinent and always in touch with market needs and wishes. To do this you need to be proactive and learn to follow, to anticipate and to predict your market’s wishes and directions. New products, new directions, diversification, etc. are all healthy methods to remain relevant and economically healthy. As always, proactivity and planning are the main secrets.
