Abstract: Abstract In previous chapters, the changes in the upstream and midstream of vegetable circulation have been discussed along with its reasons. Therefore, in this chapter the changes in the downstream of vegetable circulation and its reasons will be analyzed by focusing on the changes in the retail of vegetables brought by participation and enlargement of large retailers.
