The experience of the psychological contract clearly links to the employment relationship. Thus, the employees’ wellness influences their statePsychological contract state of the psychological contract, which also has an influence on the experience of the employment relationship. The dynamics of the employment relationship is discussed in the following chapter, where the changingLabour relations changing labour relationships of South Africa are also discussed.
