Chapter 11 in Modern Numerical Nonlinear Optimization, 2022, pp 383-409 from Springer

Abstract: Abstract The optimization problems considered in this book involve the minimization or maximization of a function of several real variables subject to one or more constraints. The constraints may be the non-negativity of variables, the simple bounds on variables, and the equalities or inequalities as functions of these variables. These problems are known as continuous nonlinear constrained optimization or nonlinear programming.
