Chapter Chapter 6 in Multiple Criteria Decision Aid, 2018, pp 131-164 from Springer

Abstract: Abstract Goal Programming can be thought as an extension of linear programming to handle multiple goals. The roots of Goal Programming lie in the paper by Charnes et al. (Management Science, 1(2):138–151, 1955) in which they deal with executive compensation methods.
