Abstract:
Conclusions Learning lets individuals and organisations grow and change in order to be able to confront the challenges that this new era of fast paced societies brings about every moment. People today need to broaden their paradigms and give themselves the opportunity to observe from a different perspective the organisational phenomenon. One of the principles of the ontology of language state that we are as we act, and we act as we are. Actions generate being, if we want to have successful organisations we need to act up to the new challenges. Business coaching is becoming an important tool needed to manage and overcome human beings in organisations that want to learn through effective actions. Many approaches of individual and organisation learning are being introduced but none propose a serious way of closing the gap between fads and effective actions.
