Abstract:
Conclusion Process management, developed as an alternative to traditional TQM approaches, possesses systemic features found useful in the analysis of organizations. Many attributes of processes possess identical open systems attributes. As a systems based methodology, process management possesses proven capability of being used in organizational interventions and can therefore be used in the context of complementarism as a supporting methodology or, in terms of methodological pluralism, as an alternative methodology for organization improvement.
