Abstract:
Abstract Analytic continuation is a process of extending the domain of a function F(z) beyond an open region R1 to an open region R2. Let R1 and R2 be open regions in the complex plane such that a function F(z) is represented by f1(z) in R1 and f2(z) in R2. Let there be a set of points that is common to both R1 and R2 called R12. Then R1 and R2 are said to overlap in this region.
