Robert McGee
Chapter 4 in Corporate Governance in Transition Economies, 2008, pp 35-39 from Springer
Abstract:
One of the OECD (2004) principles of corporate governance is that: “The corporate governance framework should recognize the rights of stakeholders established by law or through mutual agreements and encourage active co-operation between corporations and stakeholders in creating wealth, jobs, and the sustainability of financially sound enterprises.” This chapter examines this principle in some depth.
