Chapter 13 in A Comprehensive Guide to Factorial Two-Level Experimentation, 2009, pp 415-435 from Springer

Abstract: Abstract This chapter addresses many practical issues that were skipped earlier. We discuss the choice of levels for quantitative factors and the choice of design size. Several specialized requirements influencing the choice of run order and treatment combinations are addressed briefly.
