Chapter 4 in The Organizational Sweet Spot, 2009, pp 43-57 from Springer

Abstract: Abstract In Chap. 3, we explored the major factors of the Triad (social capital, evolved predispositions, and tacit knowledge), and the interplay based on the principles of self-organization or circular causality. In this chapter, we’ll look at three related features to the overall framework, namely innovation at the individual, dyad, and organizational or network levels.
