Understanding Process
Steven Romero
Chapter Chapter 12 in Eliminating “Us and Them”, 2011, pp 123-125 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract Sound understanding of process and process management is essential to the future of IT and the enterprises it supports, enables, transforms, and innovates. I have personally visited and worked with a number of IT organizations that have come to this realization and are leading this charge, just as they are leading the charge in business governance of IT. They realize sound processes are essential to eliminating the boundaries and barriers between IT and the business. They have invested in understanding and mastering the art and science of process management.
