Process Governance

Steven Romero

Chapter Chapter 17 in Eliminating “Us and Them”, 2011, pp 175-183 from Springer

Abstract: Abstract There are countless decisions to be made in regard to business processes and process management. As with the technology decision making, a governance framework can provide the means to ensure process decisions are reasoned and rational. Enterprises designing, implementing, and managing processes would be wise to invoke a governance framework to drive and oversee all of that process effort.
