When IT Is “Us” and “Them”
Steven Romero
Chapter Chapter 2 in Eliminating “Us and Them”, 2011, pp 13-15 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract Before I dive into the topic of IT governance (the first key to eliminating the “us and them” relationship between IT and the business), I wanted to spend some time talking about another level of “us and them.” This relationship doesn’t only exist between IT and the business. “Us and them” relationships can be found inside the walls of the IT organization itself.
