Chapter Chapter 25 in Eliminating “Us and Them”, 2011, pp 235-239 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract IT governance, process, and value-driven behaviors provide everything an enterprise needs to eliminate the “us and them” relationship between IT and the business. None of these disciplines lies solely in the domain of IT or solely in the domain of business. None of these disciplines can be done by IT or the business alone. Each of these disciplines requires IT and the business acting as one.
