Process (and Why Everyone Hates It)

Steven Romero

Chapter Chapter 9 in Eliminating “Us and Them”, 2011, pp 103-106 from Springer

Abstract: Abstract The next factor an enterprise needs to address to eliminate the “us and them” relationship between IT and the business, and ensure business information technology success, is process. I can hear the groans and lamentations again, “First this guy talks about governance and now he wants to talk about process.”
