Procedures for Quintessential Tasks
Marina Guzik
Chapter Chapter 8 in CFO Techniques, 2011, pp 53-63 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract All functional tasks must have clearly defined procedures. They are an integral part of the internal control system, which is directly responsible for the effectiveness of processes and the accuracy of information. Providing employees with these road maps is the only way to make sure that your departments carry out their responsibilities in accordance with the established policies in order to pursue the company’s strategy.
