Political Fundraising

Jeffrey David Stauch

Chapter Chapter 12 in Effective Frontline Fundraising, 2011, pp 193-207 from Springer

Abstract: Abstract Campaign finance is an oft-discussed and equally oft-misunderstood topic. Its a hot-button issue and is sure to stir up the passions of everyone on both sides of the debate. Its not my job here to talk about whats wrong or right with the current system, but rather to do my best to help you understand whats at stake, and how political fundraising is very much the same and also very different from your average, run-of-the-mill nonprofit fundraising.
