Communicate Effectively
Bart Gerardi
Chapter Chapter 9 in No-Drama Project Management, 2011, pp 123-141 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract Virtually every project post-mortem starts with the same item in the Do Better Next Time column. The session facilitator dutifully writes Communicate Better on the white board, turns to the team, and says, “What else?” Although “Communicate Better” is written in dry-erase marker, it might as well be written in Sharpie, because it seems to be a permanent member of the project wrap-up process.
