Abstract Dr. Rob Wassmer is chairperson and professor in the Department of Public Policy and Administration at California State University, Sacramento (Sacramento State). Professor Wassmer is also the Director of Sacramento State’s Master’s Program in Urban Land Development. In addition, he teaches courses in applied microeconomics and public policy, urban economics and public policy; benefit/cost analysis; regression analysis; and state and local public finance.
