Advice from a Mortgage Broker
Chris Lauer
Chapter Chapter 6 in Underwater, 2013, pp 63-74 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract John Paunan is a mortgage broker and president at Integrity Mortgage Corp., a small mortgage brokerage firm that operates in Illinois. The company has been in operation since 1998 and Paunan has been running it since 2005. He has been around the real estate market long enough to see it rise and fall and struggle to rise again. Although the housing market in Illinois is doing better than many other places around the country, such as Nevada and California, he says Illinois still has a way to go before it sees a full recovery of its home prices.
