Chris Lauer
Chapter Chapter 7 in Underwater, 2013, pp 75-90 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract Dave Watlington is a real estate agent who sells houses in Delaware, Maryland, and Pennsylvania. Watlington was working in the industry while home prices went sky high during the years before the real estate market bubble burst. He then felt the effects of their rapid descent when the bottom dropped out of the market. Today, he continues to help homebuyers find the home of their dreams, and homeowners to sell their homes as the market slowly recovers.
