Chris Lauer
Chapter Chapter 8 in Underwater, 2013, pp 91-110 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract When dealing with a doctor, lawyer, or any professional, it is always best to get a second opinion. Get a third if you can afford it. The same advice applies to real estate. All realtors have their own area of expertise, so seek out more than one. Add up the experiences and anecdotes from a variety of agents before you make a decision.
