Chapter Chapter 29 in Plan Your Own Estate, 2013, pp 317-326 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract I’ve compiled your personal Rosetta Stone, translating legalese to English. I find that the combination of both technical and old-fashioned language, with a bit of Latin thrown in, is a barrier to you totally understanding your estate planning documents. They’re your documents, reflecting your assets, goals, and values. You should be able to read them and find yourself in them. Consider this glossary a public service.
