Abstract: Abstract Craig Holman is the government affairs lobbyist for Public Citizen, a national consumer advocacy organization whose mission is to “serve as the people’s voice in the nation’s capital.” He holds a PhD in political science from the University of Southern California and has conducted extensive research related to campaign finance and lobbying reforms. In addition to his work in Washington, Holman is working with European governmental and nongovernmental organizations to develop a lobbyist registration system for the European Union.
