Abstract: Abstract Nicholas Allard became the dean of Brooklyn Law School in July 2012 and remains a senior partner at Patton Boggs, the largest lobbing firm in the country. The firm reported lobbying billings of $48 million in 2011 and gave more than $480,000 in campaign contributions during the 2012 campaign cycle (evenly split between Republicans and Democrats).
