Abstract From the early days, Mark Zuckerberg knew he needed to snag super-smart engineers, and he spent a good amount of time on recruiting. But he also knew that intelligence isn’t everything. Zuckerberg wanted all employees to fit into the corporate culture, which emphasized collaboration, excellence, and moving fast.
