How to Hire and Manage Your Turnaround Consultant
Jonathan H. Lack
Chapter Chapter 12 in Plan to Turn Your Company Around in 90 Days, 2013, pp 163-173 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract You may decide, after reading this book, that you simply do not have the bandwidth or expertise to lead the strategic planning/turnaround process. This chapter’s objective is to help you manage the process of hiring and managing a turnaround consultant. I must admit upfront that I am somewhat biased about this process, having been an entrepreneur who could have used a turnaround consultant at one point in my life, and I have been engaged by a number of clients to do the various tasks discussed throughout this book.
