How to Manage Process Flows Better
Jonathan H. Lack
Chapter Chapter 6 in Plan to Turn Your Company Around in 90 Days, 2013, pp 77-93 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract This chapter’s objective is to help you manage your overall operational process flows—such as sales, marketing, and product development—better. This may be an entirely new concept for you; however, it should be a central focus of your efforts to turn your company around. We have discussed how important it is that you and your team focus on working smarter. One way of working smarter as a company on a daily basis is through a commitment of identifying your key process flows, defining them, and then constantly trying to refine them.
