Chapter Chapter 10 in When to Hire—or Not Hire—a Consultant, 2013, pp 239-246 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract In this and the other three appendices, we provide the templates and forms you will need to work effectively with a consultant. Each tool is meant to be a guide to help you. But, keep in mind that the tools here and in Appendices B, C, and D do not substitute for legal advice when you are creating a contract for services or any other agreements. Have your attorney review all such contracts.
