Abstract:
Abstract This title of the JOBS Act follows a pattern established by Section 342 of the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act, which requires the creation of an Office of Minority and Women Inclusion at 29 federal agencies to “monitor the diversity efforts of the agencies, the regulated entities and agency contractors.”
