War on Reform
Dave Parks
Chapter Chapter 11 in Health Care Reform Simplified, 2012, pp 147-154 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract Since passage in 2010, health care reform has been under constant assault by lawsuits and Republican politicians on the state and federal levels. Proponents and opponents were locked in stalemate until June 28, 2012, when the US Supreme Court upheld key provisions of the Affordable Care Act, including the individual mandate. The legal ruling was a blow to opponents of health care reform, but opposition to the new law continued in the political arena.
