Chapter Chapter 8 in Health Care Reform Simplified, 2012, pp 117-125 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract On June 28, 2012, the US Supreme Court released a mixed ruling on the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act of 2010. The court upheld the law’s individual mandate. But it placed limits on another key provision of the law—the expansion of Medicaid, a program that provides states with funding to pay medical bills for pregnant women, children, needy families, and the disabled.
